I’ve been going to Nova for the last year, getting my dentures. It has been a very wonderful experience. I completely love all the staff. I’ve met so many wonderful people. I’ve had multiple students working with me. My main teacher is Dr Gadoy He is phenomenal. Such a wonderful teacher. The students are learning so much. They all work very well together. πŸ™‚β€οΈ

About ten years ago, this dental school was impressive. The professors actually ran the program. Now, it’s mostly run by the students, and the dental program has gone downhill ever since. I can't recommend NSU Dental to anyone except those desperately in need of care. The quality and professionalism are completely gone. The dress code is a joke. Most of the student dentists are lazy and unkempt. It's really sad to see. No rules are enforced. There's constant unnecessary chatter and cell phone use everywhere. The last three student dentists I've had were incredibly subpar. It’s genuinely disappointing. The faculty doesn’t care at all anymore. The front desk staff is mostly miserable and unhelpful. There are no rules or codes of conduct for students or faculty. It's basically a free-for-all. I've been a patient here since 2017, and I believe the positive reviews here were either written ages ago or are fabricated. The VA has recently decided to cover all veterans' dental care here, which means less availability for others and longer wait times. If you’re financially strapped and need dental care without any regard for quality or treatment, then this is the place for you. If you're lo

I would like to express my gratitude to Nova University Dentistry. It is impossible to thank Dr. Tulia Gonzales enough for her professionalism and love for her work! Deepest thanks.

If you want the very best in Advanced dentistry this is the place. They have all the latest in equipment, diagnostics and radiology and computer aided scanning. Yes, they are students, but a lot of more advanced procedures are done by students who already are licensed dentists and are working on post-graduate specialty degrees. They can even do work while you are sedated which in my opinion is the best way to have someone hammering away in your mouth with sharp tools. 😁 For the most part, it is not free and they do not accept any insurance, but the rates are reasonable, and the instructor staff is attentive. It can be very slow as the students do confer with instructors, and at times you may find yourself waiting in the chair as they discuss various ways to proceed, but I enjoy being a part of someone's learning experience. If you want the best possible and most modern dental care, and don't mind that it may take a bit longer, this is a great way to get your teeth worked on. If you are an honorably discharged Veteran you may also qualify for the VA grant that covers some procedures.

Went to inquire about having teeth done, was told to wait until August 2026 for program evaluation. Went to Faculty Office was given a paper that stated only personal dental insurance we do not take Medicare or medicaid, receptionist/Manager was curt so politely thanked her and went about my business. Staff on first floor of dentistry complex very polite, caring and professional.
